The hotel is in a marvellous location right on the promenade. Also, it is adjacent to the beach and town centre as well as the seafront and shops. Make sure to get king room with a very comfortable mattress and huge misty sky from the window plus bathroom. The breakfasts are gorgeous and nice.

I asked for a queen room and the one given was compact and brand-new. The bed was very clean and there were an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron/ironing board to use. Central location next to the sea shore and lifeboats, and the sea, it was in a pretty nice area.

We have spent 3 days in double room with a really clean bathroom, a very comfortable mattress, for instance, everything was good. The hotel was perfectly located in a marvellous position right on the sea front.

Great location in a great area short walk to the promenade near the beach and town centre, Norwich and all the independent shops that Sheringham seems to be famous for.

The hotel was in an absolutely perfect location near to supermarket and Sheringham. We requested a twin room with nice view and were completely satisfied.

Everything there was superb. Very clean bed in a well decorated room. A wide array of lovely and great breakfast items to choose from. Unbeatable and comfortable position right at the sea front, in the nice enough area.

The units are brand-new, compact with bathroom as well as fantastic view.

The hotel is perfectly situated right on the seafront, making it incredibly convenient for beach access and exploring the town. The rooms are tastefully decorated with modern and fresh decor, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom was exceptionally clean, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. The breakfast, served by a very attentive waitress, was delicious and included locally sourced meats. it was great value for money with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Parking was not available at the hotel, but there is a long-stay car park nearby for a reasonable price.

Got extremely pleasant and tidy double room with a really clean bathroom as expected, truly enjoyed it. The location on the cliff top was great! I checked out a public beach, that was set approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the property.

This place is in a great location, close to the pub, the beach, and Sheringham; the room was bright and compact, and the bathroom was very clean.

Nice dishes, beachfront location right next to the sea. For shots visit Crown Inn, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

We think its a decent base for staying in Sheringham.

It was surely a memorable stay in this lovly seaside town. The location was marvellous and gorgeous, next to the sea, convenient to go everywhere. And we were really close to the north Norfolk railway which included a cream tea, all the independent shops that Sheringham seems to be famous for, and an old smugglers' pub.

Thoroughly enjoyed gorgeous and great breakfasts.

Well, it was a perfect 10/10 stay in this lovly seaside town. The twin room was compact, had central heating, an iron with ironing board and a TV set. The staff were helpful and provided help. The location was central, not far from all the independent shops that Sheringham seems to be famous for, the seafront, and the north Norfolk railway which included a cream tea.
